Health and Safety Update

On behalf of the entire Culver City Volvo Family, we hope that everyone is in good health during this concerning time with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We want to assure everyone that the health and safety of our customers and employees is always our most important priority.  We are closely monitoring the developments and will provide you with any updates if our interactions and processes change to accommodate remote interactions with customers and partners.

As we continue to learn more about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we focus on how it could affect our customers and employees.

In our dealership, we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local health agencies for staying healthy.

Among other measures, throughout our organization, we have:
  • Instructed employees to frequently wash their hands and stay home if they feel sick
  • Encouraged social distancing and eliminated handshakes
  • Added new hand sanitizer stations throughout our stores
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning each day
  • Increased cleaning of high traffic areas, such as countertops, door handles, and restrooms
  • Cancelled large meetings and travel throughout our company
  • Instructed employees to follow CDC guidelines and closely monitor their health

Air Purifier Machines are being Installed - Our store is installing many large and small air purification machines that kill airborne pathogens.

We are open for business and are available to help you with all of your sales, service and parts needs. If you do not feel well or would rather not visit a store, please visit our website to browse inventory, set an appointment, or chat with us. If you have any concerns about an existing sales or service appointment, we would be happy to reschedule; please contact the store or salesperson to do so. We are available to assist you.

We welcome you to visit and explore our vehicles in a safe environment. However, we are happy to provide virtual vehicle walk-around via video technology like Facetime or Skype at your convenience.You can even complete your transaction on-line and we will deliver your vehicle to your home or office.
