Please schedule your service appointment so we can properly distance and minimize customer wait time during the write up. As reopening of the city/county continues, we will move to Saturday maintenance to accommodate our working customers as needed.

**Physical distancing and infection control protocols will strictly be adhered to, and cloth face coverings will need to be worn.


Due to CDC guidelines, our showroom is to be kept at 50% capacity. In order to provide you with the best possible attention, an appointment is highly recommended.

In our dealership, we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and local health agencies for staying healthy.

Among other measures, throughout our organization, we have:
  • Instructed employees to frequently wash their hands and stay home if they feel sick
  • Encouraged social distancing and eliminated handshakes
  • Added new hand sanitizer stations throughout our stores
  • Increased the frequency of cleaning each day
  • Increased cleaning of high traffic areas, such as countertops, door handles, and restrooms
  • Cancelled large meetings and travel throughout our company
  • Instructed employees to follow CDC guidelines and closely monitor their health

Air Purifier Machines are being Installed - Our store is installing many large and small air purification machines that kill airborne pathogens.

Our Service Department is open for business and is available to help you with all of your service and parts needs. If you do not feel well or would rather not visit a store, please visit our website to browse inventory, set an appointment, or chat with us. If you have any concerns about an existing service appointment, we would be happy to reschedule; please contact the store to do so. We are available to assist you. For your convenience, we offer the Volvo Valet program.
