Service Customers:
Loaner Car - In most circumstances, we offer
our service customers a complimentary Volvo loaner car or Hertz rental car
which is on premises.
Complimentary Shuttle - We offer a complimentary shuttle
within an eight mile radius of dealership and we can pick you up and drop you
off.
Complimentary Car Wash - We wash all of our service
customers' Volvos after servicing your vehicle.
ASAP Service - If you need to replace tail bulbs,
head lamps or wipers you can purchase these at our parts department and one of
service personnel will change them in the service drive while you wait during
our normal Service and Parts open hours.
Saturday Service - Our Parts and Service Departments
are open on Saturday from 8:00AM to 3:00PM. (We do suggest you make an
appointment in advance). As always, our complimentary shuttle is available every
Saturday.
Complimentary Hi-Speed Access - We offer free WIFI in our
customer lounge located in showroom.
After Hours Vehicle Pick-Up - Are you unable to pick your Volvo
up before our Service Department closes at 6:00PM? Please speak to our Service
Department about our "Late Pick-Up Service".
Guaranteed Best Offers - We frequently offer you valuable
discount coupons for Service, if we have your email address on file. (If you have
received this Newsletter: this is current email address so there is one
included in this issue.) Other coupons may also be sent via email or mailed to
your address on file. We will make sure you receive all current discount
offers.
